  3. Professional Cleaning. Once you have selected a potential rug the next step is to have it professionally cleaned by a company that specializes in oriental rug cleaning. Make sure the company understands how to deal with delicate fibers and valuable rugs. Often a simply cleaning can restore the color and beauty of the rug back to its former beauty.
